warm greeting easy transportation maintained facilities
i found the staff greeted guests warmly upon arrival. the provided transportation made getting around easy. i observed clean and well kept facilities throughout the hotel.
The in-room lighting was somewhat dim. Brighter lights would have been preferable.

The gym had many machines for workouts.
I found the room I booked smelled musty. It felt rather dirty. I upgraded to a villa and paid extra money for this change.

The breakfast buffet had a lot of options. Even a picky eater like me found something acceptable.
The fitness center was a bit of a joke. I expected more than two treadmills and some dusty dumbbells. also, the wi-fi was spotty in my room. I had to go to the lobby just to check my email. it reminded me of stepping back into the early 2000s, not exactly the luxury experience promised. a decent connection is a must these days. I expected more. this wasn't just an inconvenience. It impacted my ability to plan some stuff.

the holiday was really good. staff members were all very friendly, polite, and cute, especially kwan at the restaurants. the location is close to a romantic beach with beautiful coast. the resort features beautifully designed paths and a large pool with a water bar and music.

The gym has many machines for workouts and a thoughtful design both inside and outside. I found it complete. a free shuttle bus provides transportation to the town center. I used it a few times. the main pool includes basketball and handball nets.

Our room was large and included a very comfortable, huge bed with provided pillows. bathrobes, slippers, flip flops, umbrellas, and a torch were available in the room for use. These items were useful. complimentary toiletries, toothbrushes, razors, shower caps, and cotton buds were provided in the bathroom.

The breakfast buffet offers a rich selection with many vegetarian options. the morning buffet includes a huge selection of delicious food presented beautifully. Every plate was delicious. boiled, fried, and scrambled eggs were prepared upon request with customization options for peppers, onions, cheese, and mushrooms.

i stayed in a grand beautiful room. it included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. the gym has three treadmills and two stationary bikes. the pool area has twenty loungers and a shaded section. the hotel provided a shuttle bus to the night market.
the pontoon bridge to the beach is uneven. any person with mobility concerns should be cautious using it.

caring staff amazing food comfortable service variety options
I had a really fantastic time here. the staff was caring and sensitive to all needs! the food options were amazing. I especially loved the variety. the hotel even provides a very comfortable shuttle service .
the bridge from the hotel to the beach isn't completely straight, so stepping across might be a little tricky.
